Navvion

Brazil & South America

Energy storage built to operate in Brazil.

Navvion is building the commercial, software, service, installer, and localization infrastructure that battery storage needs to scale across Brazil and South America — in Portuguese, in BRL, with local accountability.

  • A certified Navvion market
  • Seven-pillar local platform
  • Portuguese · BRL · local service

Why Brazil

Storage in Brazil needs more than imported hardware.

Deploying battery systems here takes local inventory, certification pathways, Portuguese documentation, trained installers, after-sales service, monitoring software, warranty execution, and spare parts — and, over time, local manufacturing. Navvion is building that full operating layer.

Pillars

Seven pillars supporting the Brazil platform.

01

Commercialization

Customer acquisition, EPC relationships, channel development.

02

Local inventory

Warehouse strategy, spare parts, shorter lead times.

03

Certification & localization

INMETRO coordination, Portuguese documentation, local standards.

04

Installer & EPC network

Training, onboarding, project support, commissioning.

05

Software & monitoring

APM platform, site onboarding, customer visibility.

06

Service & warranty

Support, RMA, root-cause analysis, spare parts, field response.

07

Manufacturing roadmap

Future local assembly, supplier localization, R&D support.

Local inventory

Systems and spare parts warehoused in Brazil.

Importing a battery system is easy. Keeping it running for fifteen years is the hard part. Navvion's Brazil platform is being built around local stock — complete systems, replacement modules, and critical spare parts positioned in the country, so projects and repairs don't wait on international freight.

Warehouse locations and stock levels are published to partners as the platform ramps.

Complete systems in stock

C&I cabinets and accessories positioned locally as the platform ramps, cutting delivery from ocean freight to domestic logistics.

Spare parts before failures

Modules, contactors, boards, and sensors stocked for the installed base — service defined by parts availability, not promises.

Reverse logistics handled

RMA, root-cause analysis, and warranty returns processed in Brazil, with Navvion managing the logistics.

Certification roadmap

A clear path through INMETRO and ANEEL.

Navvion maintains an active certification and compliance roadmap for the Brazilian market. We publish where each product stands — no vague claims.

INMETRO
Product conformity (Brazil)
Roadmap in progress

Conformity assessment for products entering the Brazilian market is being coordinated with accredited bodies. Status is published per product before commercial delivery.

ANEEL / REN 1.000
Grid connection (Brazil)
Coordinated per project

Grid-connection compliance, including distributed-generation rules, is coordinated project by project with the local distributor as part of Navvion's project support.

UN 38.3 · IEC 62619
International baseline
In progress on grid-scale platforms

The international transport and battery-safety baseline being pursued on Navvion's grid-scale product platforms, supporting the Brazilian certification pathway.

This is a certification roadmap, not a certification record. Statuses are confirmed with the certification bodies and published per product before launch.

Local team

A team on the ground, working in Portuguese.

The Brazil platform is operated by a local team — commercial, engineering, and service — supported by Navvion's product and software organization in the United States.

Commercial & partnerships

Proposals, EPC and installer relationships, channel development — conducted in Portuguese, in BRL.

Applications engineering

Sizing, grid-connection coordination, documentation, and project support adapted to Brazilian norms.

Service & field support

Commissioning support, warranty execution, spare-parts dispatch, and root-cause analysis run from Brazil.

The Brazil team is growing — open roles are published on the careers page.

Commercial terms

Denominated in reais. Accountable in Brazil.

Buying storage shouldn't mean managing exchange rates, import paperwork, and an overseas warranty. Navvion's Brazil platform is structured so customers transact locally.

Quotes and contracts in BRL

Proposals, contracts, and invoicing denominated in reais through Navvion's local commercial structure.

Warranty executed locally

Claims opened, evaluated, and resolved in Brazil, backed by local spare parts — not an overseas RMA queue.

Documentation in Portuguese

Datasheets, manuals, training, and support delivered in Brazilian Portuguese.

One accountable counterparty

Product, software, service, and warranty from one company operating in the country.

Commercial terms are confirmed in each proposal.

FAQ

Buying storage in Brazil.

Do you quote and invoice in reais (BRL)?

Yes. Proposals, contracts, and invoicing run through Navvion's local commercial structure in BRL, so you don't manage exchange rates or import paperwork.

How is warranty handled in Brazil?

Claims are opened, evaluated, and resolved in Brazil and backed by local spare parts — not an overseas RMA queue.

Are the products INMETRO certified?

Navvion maintains an active INMETRO roadmap and publishes each product's status before commercial delivery. We never claim a certificate that isn't on file.

How do you handle grid connection and ANEEL / REN 1.000?

Grid-connection compliance, including distributed-generation rules, is coordinated project by project with your local distributor as part of Navvion's project support.

Do you keep local inventory and spare parts?

The Brazil platform is built around in-country stock — complete systems, replacement modules, and critical spares — so projects and repairs don't wait on international freight. Warehouse detail is shared with partners as the platform ramps.

Do you support installers and EPCs?

Yes — training, onboarding, commissioning support, and APM onboarding for the partners who build and maintain the projects.
