Apply to the program and receive Navvion Academy access with a coursework plan for your role.
- 02
Coursework
Complete product, safety, and commissioning modules — self-paced, in English or Portuguese.
- 03
Assessment
Pass the technical assessment covering system design, installation practice, and safety procedures.
- 04
Field evaluation
Commission a system under evaluation by a Navvion engineer — on site or supervised remotely.
- 05
Credential active
Your installer credential goes live, with its validity window and status visible in the partner portal.
- 06
Renewal
Refresh required training before expiry to keep the credential active without interruption.
Credential status is enforced platform-wide: an expired credential is automatically suspended — and work authorization with it — until renewal is complete.
Navvion Academy
Coursework built by the engineers who built the product.
The academy lives in the partner portal: versioned, bilingual, and updated with every product release. A preview of the core certification modules:
Product fundamentals
System architecture, electrical topologies, and the Navvion product families.
Safe handling & installation
Lifting and placement, DC safety, lockout-tagout, and site preparation.
Commissioning & APM onboarding
Commissioning checklists, network setup, acceptance tests, and monitoring handoff.
Service & warranty procedures
Diagnostics, field replacements, and the RMA workflow end to end.
FAQ
Installer program questions.
Who can apply to the installer program?
Licensed electrical or solar contractors with active insurance. Storage experience helps but is not required — the certification path is designed to build it.
How long does certification take?
Coursework is self-paced and scheduled around your projects. Most teams move from enrollment to field evaluation over a few working weeks.
Does the program cost anything?
Program fees, where they apply, are defined in the partner agreement for your region and shared before you enroll — there are no surprises mid-path.
What does a lead referral include?
A qualified inquiry with site, contact, and scope details. You own the customer relationship; Navvion supports the technical side.
What happens if a credential expires?
It is suspended automatically, and commissioning authority pauses with it. Completing renewal training reactivates the credential — no re-application needed.
Are credentials per company or per person?
Per person. Your company's tier reflects how many certified people you field and your deployment record.
