Common questions.

What if we don't have interval data?

We can start from monthly bills and a site walkthrough; the design simply carries wider margins until better data arrives. In many cases temporary metering can close the gap.

Do you only design around Navvion products?

The load and tariff analysis is product-neutral — your meter data doesn't care about vendors. The recommended configuration uses Navvion hardware, and we say so plainly; the analysis is yours either way.

Can you review a design we already have?

Yes. Second-opinion reviews of third-party proposals are a common engagement — you get the same analysis, applied to someone else's design.

How do you handle backup requirements?

Backup is sized from the loads you designate as critical and the autonomy you require — not from the whole facility. The report separates backup capacity from economic-optimization capacity so the trade-off is visible.

Is the design package accepted for permitting?

The package is prepared as engineering input for your EPC or installer of record. Stamped drawings are produced during detailed engineering, using our package as the basis.

How does battery degradation factor into the sizing?

Degradation and warranty capacity are modeled over the design life, so year-15 performance still meets the use case — not just day one. The report states the degradation assumptions it relied on.

Can you size for future load growth or EV charging?

Yes. Headroom for load growth or planned EV charging is an explicit input, and the report separates day-one sizing from the growth headroom so you can see what each one costs.
