Navvion

Installer Portal

Certified crews. Faster projects.

The portal keeps every partner install-ready: a training academy, live credential status, and guided commissioning — the same records Navvion uses to assign work.

Training Academy

Learn it once. Prove it always.

Role-based tracks with versioned courses in English and Portuguese — updated as products and codes evolve.

Installation fundamentals

Product architecture, electrical and mechanical installation, and site preparation for every Navvion system family.

Commissioning & grid connection

Guided commissioning procedures, grid-connection requirements, and the acceptance tests that activate the warranty.

Service & diagnostics

First-line troubleshooting, safe component replacement, and when to escalate to Navvion engineering.

Safety & compliance

High-voltage safety, lockout/tagout, and the documentation regulators and insurers expect on every job.

Built For The Crew

One portal, every role on the job.

Role-based access to the same live records — everyone sees exactly their scope of the work.

Field technician

Works the guided commissioning checklist on-site, captures photos and measurements, and sees only the jobs their credentials qualify them for.

Project lead

Tracks a project from pre-commissioning checklist to customer sign-off and warranty activation across the whole crew.

Company admin

Manages the team's certifications, sees which crews are active in which markets, and keeps credentials from lapsing.

Navvion dispatch

Assigns work against live credential status — the same records the partner sees, so eligibility is never a guess.

Credential Lifecycle

Status you can act on.

Certifications aren't a PDF in a drawer — they're live records that gate work assignment across the platform.

Questions

Installer portal, answered.

Who can access the Installer Portal?

Certified Navvion installation partners. Sign in with a Partner Login, or apply to join the network at /partners/apply.

How do I become a certified Navvion installer?

Apply, then complete the role-based academy tracks for the systems and markets you'll work in. Passing the assessment issues the credential.

Are the courses available in Portuguese?

Yes — tracks are versioned in English and Portuguese and update as products and codes evolve.

Do credentials expire, and what happens if one lapses mid-project?

Credentials carry a clear expiry with automatic renewal reminders. A lapsed credential suspends new work assignment until it's refreshed.

Does commissioning through the portal activate the warranty?

Yes — the guided test sequence, photo and measurement capture, and customer sign-off are recorded to the asset's digital record, and completing them activates warranty coverage.

Can Navvion dispatch see our crew's status?

Yes — credential status is a live record visible to Navvion dispatch in real time, so work is only assigned to eligible crews.
