This Privacy Policy explains how Navvion collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our websites, request quotes, apply to our partner programs, or operate our software and energy storage systems.

1. Who we are

Navvion designs, manufactures, and services battery energy storage systems and the software platform that operates them across the Americas. References to "Navvion," "we," or "us" mean Navvion and its affiliates that determine the purposes and means of processing your data (the data controller).

2. Data we collect

We collect data you provide directly and data generated when you use our products:

  • Contact and account data — name, work email, phone, company, role, and country.
  • Project and intake data — site location, facility type, load profile, utility bills you upload, system sizing, and timelines.
  • Partner application data — certifications, insurance status, experience, and company profile documents.
  • Operational and telemetry data — asset serial numbers, performance, alarms, health, and service history associated with deployed systems.
  • Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and cookies for site functionality and analytics.

3. How we use data

  • Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and size storage systems.
  • Evaluate and manage partner, installer, and EPC applications.
  • Operate, monitor, and service deployed energy storage systems.
  • Meet legal, tax, certification, and safety obligations.
  • Improve our products, security, and customer experience.

4. Legal bases

Where the LGPD (Brazil) or GDPR-equivalent rules apply, we process data under one or more lawful bases: your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business.

5. Sharing

We share data only as needed with installers and EPCs assigned to your project, service providers (hosting, analytics, logistics), and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Navvion operates in the U.S. and Brazil. Where data crosses borders, we apply safeguards consistent with LGPD and applicable transfer mechanisms.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, for the life of deployed assets and their warranty period, and as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and withdraw consent. To exercise your rights, email sales@navvion.com or use our contact form at /contact, and we will respond within the legal timeframe.

9. Brazil — LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados)

For processing subject to Brazilian law, Navvion acts in accordance with the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018). The Navvion entity responsible for the Brazilian market acts as controller for data collected there.

  • As a data subject (titular) you may confirm the existence of processing; access your data; correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; request portability; obtain information about sharing; and revoke consent (LGPD art. 18).
  • Requests are handled by our data-protection contact (encarregado/DPO) at sales@navvion.com, within the timeframes set by the LGPD and by ANPD regulations.
  • You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
  • International transfers of data collected in Brazil rely on the transfer mechanisms of LGPD arts. 33–36.

10. European and UK users (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Navvion's primary markets are the United States, Brazil, and South America, and our systems are additionally certified for sale in several European markets and the United Kingdom. Where we offer, sell, or support systems for individuals in the EU/EEA or the UK, we handle personal data consistent with the GDPR and UK GDPR — including the corresponding data-subject rights and, where applicable, appropriate safeguards for international transfers. To exercise those rights, email sales@navvion.com or use our contact form at /contact.
