Installer Training

Structured training through the Navvion academy: product, safety, commissioning, and monitoring courses built on a competency matrix — with credentials that stay valid only as long as the skills behind them do. Courses run in English and Brazilian Portuguese.

What's Included

Training that gates real work.

Product & safety courses

Hands-on modules covering Navvion hardware, electrical safety, and battery-specific hazards — available in English and Portuguese.

Competency matrix

Every role — installer, commissioning technician, service technician — maps to a defined set of competencies with its own assessments.

Credential lifecycle

Credentials are issued per competency, carry expiry dates, and suspend automatically when renewal requirements lapse. A Navvion credential means the skill is current.

Field-readiness enforcement

Work assignment checks credentials at dispatch: without a valid credential for the task, a technician cannot be assigned to a live system.

Process

From enrollment to field-ready.

01

Enrollment

Your company joins the partner program and enrolls technicians into the academy with their target roles.

02

Coursework

Self-paced, versioned, multilingual modules with an assessment per competency — progress is visible to you and to us.

03

Practical assessment

An instructor-led, hands-on evaluation on real hardware for the competencies that demand it.

04

Credentialing

Passed assessments issue credentials with a defined scope and validity window, recorded against the technician.

05

Renewal

Refresher requirements are tracked automatically; expiring credentials notify the technician and the company well before suspension.

FAQ

Common questions.

Are the courses available in Portuguese?

Yes. The academy is versioned and multilingual — every course ships in English and Brazilian Portuguese, and content updates land in both languages on the same revision.

What happens when a credential expires?

It suspends automatically, and the technician cannot be assigned to work that requires it until the renewal requirement is met. That rule is exactly what makes the credential worth holding.

Is training required to install Navvion systems?

Yes. Commissioning requires a credentialed installer or commissioning technician on record for the project — it protects the customer, the technician, and the warranty.

How long does certification take?

Most technicians complete a role's coursework in one to two weeks part-time; the practical assessment adds a scheduled session on top.

What does training cost?

Academy access is included for companies in the Navvion partner program; assessment sessions are scheduled at no additional cost for active partners.

Do credentials stay with the technician if they change companies?

Credentials are issued to the individual technician and travel with them; the new employer must be an active Navvion partner for the technician to be dispatched.

Is renewal a full re-exam or a refresher?

Renewal is a targeted refresher plus reassessment of the competencies that expire — not a full re-run of the curriculum.
