These Terms govern your use of Navvion's websites, software platform, and the resources we make available. By using them, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the site
Our websites and resources are provided for legitimate business and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse them, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with their operation.
2. Quotes and information
ROI estimates, sizing outputs, specifications, and other content are provided for guidance and may change. They are not binding offers. Binding commercial terms are set out in a separate signed agreement.
3. Software platform
Access to Navvion's monitoring and management software is governed by the applicable order or services agreement, including provisions on availability, security, and acceptable use. Real-time safety functions are enforced locally by the BMS/PCS and are not controlled by cloud software.
4. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, documentation, and software — including the NavvionOS platform and its surfaces (APM, Cloud Monitoring, Mobile App, Installer Portal, and related services) — are owned by Navvion or its licensors. You receive no rights except as expressly granted in a written agreement.
5. Disclaimers and liability
Except as required by law or stated in a signed agreement, the site and resources are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Navvion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your applicable commercial agreement, or otherwise by the jurisdiction in which the relevant Navvion entity is established.
