Navvion stands behind its products with a warranty consistent with each system's design life. This overview summarizes how our warranty works; the binding terms for your purchase are in your product-specific warranty document.

1. What is covered

Navvion warrants its battery systems, power conversion, and control products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, installation by certified partners, and operation within published specifications. Coverage spans the full product family — the Navvion Zero residential series, the Navvion Alpha and Navvion Beta all-in-one C&I storage cabinets, the 3.3 MWh-class Navvion Delta utility-scale BESS, the 5 MWh-class Navvion Gamma utility-scale containers, and the Navvion Omega C&I hybrid systems. Specific terms apply per product datasheet and sales contract.

2. Warranty periods

Coverage periods vary by product family and market. Battery systems typically carry a multi-year product warranty plus a performance (capacity-retention) warranty over a defined throughput or calendar life. Your warranty document states the exact terms.

3. Conditions

Warranty coverage requires:

  • Installation and commissioning by a Navvion-certified installer or EPC.
  • Connection to Navvion APM monitoring so health and faults are recorded.
  • Operation within rated environmental, electrical, and cycling limits.
  • Timely service and firmware updates as advised by Navvion.

4. What is not covered

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, force majeure, or operation outside specifications.

5. Claims and RMA

Warranty claims are processed against APM-recorded evidence and are coordinated through Navvion service. Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or spare-part dispatch with managed return logistics.
