Overview
Built for industrial reliability.
A family of rack-mounted 48 V LFP backup batteries with 3.6 to 9.6 kWh per unit, designed for residential and small-business storage with > 6000 cycles and a 15-year design life.
Three capacities, one platform
APB 3600, 4800, and 9600 span 3.6 to 9.6 kWh per unit at 48 V, sharing the same LFP chemistry, communications, and enclosure family.
Rack-format installation
The 482 mm enclosure width follows standard equipment-rack dimensions, so units mount cleanly in telecom and small-commercial cabinets.
Fifteen-year design life
LFP cells rated beyond 6000 cycles carry a 15-year design life at 25 °C — backup capacity that outlasts multiple lead-acid replacement cycles.
Standard communications
RS232, RS485, and CAN ports connect each unit to compatible inverters and monitoring systems for state-of-charge and health reporting.

FAQ
Common questions.
What is the difference between the three models?
Capacity and current: APB 3600 (75 Ah / 3.6 kWh), APB 4800 (100 Ah / 4.8 kWh), and APB 9600 (200 Ah / 9.6 kWh) — all at 48 V nominal with the same chemistry and interfaces.
What warranty do APB batteries carry?
The series carries a warranty of up to 10 years, backed by a 15-year design life and a cycle rating above 6000 cycles.
Are they suitable for telecom sites?
Yes — the 48 V nominal voltage, rack-format enclosures, and RS232/RS485/CAN reporting match the requirements of telecom DC plants and remote cabinets.
Can I start small and add capacity later?
System expansion is designed in from the start: a Navvion partner configures the initial bank and validates how additional units are added as your load grows.
How do the batteries report their status?
Each unit exposes state of charge, voltage, and protection status over RS232, RS485, or CAN to the connected inverter or monitoring system.
