Overview
Built for industrial reliability.
A liquid-cooled containerized energy storage system renowned for efficiency, integration, safety, and reliability. Built with premium 314 Ah LFP cells for industrial, utility, and grid-support applications.
Liquid-cooled thermal management
A dedicated liquid-cooling loop holds cell temperature uniform across the 12P416S battery system, extending cycle life and sustaining full-power operation from -20 °C to +45 °C.
Multi-layer fire safety
Gas fire suppression, a water deluge system, and an explosion-proof enclosure design work together so that a single-point fault stays contained at the source.
Factory-integrated delivery
The full 5 MWh system arrives pre-assembled and factory-tested in a standard 20-ft container — one lift, one placement, then straight into commissioning.
Grid-ready communications
Native IEC 61850, Modbus, and TCP interfaces connect the container to utility SCADA and to the Navvion software stack for remote monitoring and dispatch.

FAQ
Common questions.
What cells does the system use?
Premium 314 Ah LFP (lithium iron phosphate) cells at 3.2 V, arranged in a 12P416S configuration for 5 MWh of rated capacity at 1331.2 V nominal DC.
What operating environment does it support?
The container operates from -20 °C to +45 °C, at 0–95% relative humidity and altitudes up to 2000 m, with an IP55-rated enclosure for outdoor siting.
How is the system delivered and installed?
It ships as a single pre-assembled, factory-tested 20-ft unit (approximately 43 t). Navvion-certified partners handle offloading, placement, grid connection, and documented commissioning.
What fire-safety systems are included?
The design combines gas fire suppression, a water deluge system, and explosion-proof construction, alongside continuous cell-level monitoring by the battery management system.
How is the system monitored after commissioning?
Every deployment connects to Navvion APM over IEC 61850, Modbus, or TCP — covering performance monitoring, alarms, warranty data, and remote diagnostics from one console.
