Overview
Built for industrial reliability.
An air-cooled energy storage system for industrial parks and commercial sites. Large-capacity LFP cells with an advanced air-cooling solution and cabinet-level aerosol fire protection deliver safe, reliable operation.
Intelligent air cooling
The air-cooling system adjusts autonomously to load and ambient conditions, protecting the 314 Ah LFP cells without the maintenance profile of a liquid loop.
Plug-and-play commissioning
The cabinet arrives factory-configured with zero on-site debugging required — installers connect AC, communications, and ground, then energize.
Multi-layer protection
Cell, pack, and cabinet-level protections combine with aerosol fire suppression to keep faults isolated and the site safe.
257 kWh in one enclosure
High-capacity LFP cells deliver 257 kWh and 125 kW from a single IP54 outdoor cabinet — sized for commercial peak shaving and backup duty.

FAQ
Common questions.
When should I choose air cooling over liquid cooling?
Air cooling suits sites that value simpler maintenance and lower auxiliary complexity; liquid cooling suits heavier daily cycling. Navvion engineers help match the thermal system to your load profile.
What does installation involve?
The cabinet is plug-and-play: it ships factory-configured, and certified installers complete placement, AC connection at 230/400 V, and commissioning without on-site debugging.
What operating environment does it support?
The cabinet operates from -20 °C to +45 °C, 5–95% relative humidity, and up to 2000 m altitude, with an IP54-rated enclosure for outdoor siting.
What safety systems are included?
Protection layers run from cell-level BMS supervision through pack and cabinet protections, with aerosol fire suppression built into the enclosure.
How is the cabinet monitored?
It connects to Navvion APM for performance monitoring, alarm management, and remote diagnostics — the same software stack used across the Navvion portfolio.
