APM Onboarding
Bring every site online in Navvion APM cleanly: accounts, site profiles, serial numbers, verified telemetry, and alert thresholds configured from the as-built record — not from factory defaults.
What's Included
Monitoring that starts from the truth.
Accounts & access
Owner, operator, and partner accounts with role-based access — each person sees what their role needs, and access is logged.
Site profile from the as-built
Your site is created from the commissioning record: assets, serial numbers, configuration, and firmware — no manual re-entry, no drift.
Telemetry verification
Live data is verified end to end — gateway to cloud — with point mapping checked against the as-built and gaps closed before sign-off.
Alarm & alert tuning
Thresholds, priorities, and notification routing tuned to your operation, following disciplined alarm-management practice — so an alert means something.
Process
From acceptance to a live dashboard.
Account provisioning
Users, roles, and notification preferences are set up for your team and any operating partners.
Site creation
The as-built record is imported: asset registry, serials, configuration, and commissioning baseline.
Telemetry check
We verify live data, point mapping, and gateway health, and close any gaps found.
Alarm configuration
Alarm thresholds, priorities, and routing are configured and documented against your escalation preferences.
Operator walkthrough
A working session with your team on dashboards, alerts, and reports — onboarding closes with your sign-off.

FAQ
Common questions.
Is APM included with the system?
Every Navvion system includes APM monitoring, and onboarding is part of delivery. Advanced analytics and fleet features are available in higher tiers.
Can APM integrate with our existing SCADA or BMS?
APM speaks standard industrial protocols — Modbus, SunSpec, and Sparkplug B — and integration paths are scoped during onboarding.
Who gets alerted, and when?
Routing follows the escalation preferences you set during onboarding. Critical alarms can also open service tickets with Navvion after-sales automatically.
What data does Navvion see?
Operational telemetry used for monitoring, diagnostics, and warranty evidence. Access is role-based and logged.
How long until dashboards are live?
Dashboards go live at telemetry verification — typically within days of acceptance. Alarm tuning continues through the first weeks of real operation.
What connectivity does the gateway need?
A standard outbound internet path — wired, cellular, or your own network — is enough. Ports and any customer-network requirements are scoped during onboarding.
Can partners see their whole fleet in one view?
Yes. Operators and partners get a consolidated Fleet view across sites, with per-site role-based access underneath.
