EPC Enablement

Bid and build support for EPCs and developers: proposal engineering, submittal-ready documentation, defined partner workflows, and factory engineering on call through installation.

What's Included

Factory support, from bid to handoff.

Proposal support

Sizing, technical narratives, and engineering review of the storage scope for your bids — on your RFP timeline, not ours.

Documentation packages

Drawings, datasheets, certification records, and specification text ready to drop into submittals.

Partner workflows

A defined interface for RFIs, change management, and factory escalation during execution — one channel, everything tracked.

Installation support

Pre-install design and site reviews, on-call factory engineering during install windows, and readiness checks before commissioning.

Process

How a partner-led build runs.

01

Bid support

You bring the RFP; we bring the storage scope — sizing, narratives, and documentation aligned to your deadline.

02

Award & kickoff

Scope, schedule, and an interface matrix are fixed at kickoff: who answers what, through which channel, in what time.

03

Pre-install review

A site and design readiness check before mobilization, so surprises surface on paper instead of on site.

04

Execution support

A tracked RFI channel and factory engineering on call during installation windows.

05

Commissioning handoff

Installation closes against a readiness checklist and hands off to the commissioning team with the record complete.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does Navvion compete with EPCs?

No. Navvion supplies, commissions, and supports; EPC partners build. Where customers come to us directly for turnkey delivery, we bring a partner EPC in.

Do you support bids we might not win?

Yes — bid support is how we earn the specification. We support qualified bids without a purchase commitment.

Who is our contact during execution?

A named factory engineer owns your project's channel from kickoff through commissioning handoff. RFIs and escalations go through them and are tracked to closure.

Do our crews have to be Navvion-trained?

Anyone executing work on the storage scope must hold current credentials from the Navvion academy. Enrollment is part of kickoff and is included for program partners.

What documentation comes standard?

Datasheets, drawings, certification records, installation manuals, and specification text — plus the project-specific documents defined in your interface matrix.

Bidding storage scope?

Get factory engineering behind your proposal before the deadline, not after the award.
