Project Development Support

We help developers, owners, and partners turn candidate sites into bankable storage projects — market analysis, qualification, customer discovery, and technical scoping run by the same team that will later build and operate the system.

What's Included

Development work with an engineering spine.

Market & tariff analysis

Tariff structures, demand-charge exposure, and incentive programs for your market, mapped to the storage value streams that actually apply to your site.

Project qualification

Structured screening of site, interconnection, load data, and economics — before anyone commits engineering hours to a project that won't clear.

Customer discovery

Stakeholder interviews and requirements capture that surface constraints early: space, safety rules, downtime tolerance, budget cycles.

Technical scoping

A defined system concept — use cases, indicative capacity and power, interconnection approach, and a delivery plan the next stage can build on.

Process

From candidate site to committed project.

01

Intake

You share site, load, and objective data through our structured intake — utility bills, load profiles, site constraints, and what you're trying to achieve.

02

Screening

We qualify the opportunity against tariff, interconnection, and site criteria and return a clear go / no-go view with the reasons stated.

03

Scoping workshop

A working session with your stakeholders to fix use cases, constraints, and success criteria — everyone signs the same requirements register.

04

Concept & economics

Indicative sizing, system architecture, and an economic model with every assumption stated so you can challenge it.

05

Handoff to design

Qualified projects move into System Design & Sizing with the full development record attached — nothing is re-discovered later.

Deliverables

What you walk away with.

  • Opportunity screening report with a stated go / no-go recommendation
  • Tariff and incentive summary for the target market
  • Requirements register with stakeholder sign-off
  • Indicative system concept: capacity, power, and architecture
  • Preliminary economic model with stated assumptions
  • Complete development record, handed to the design team
Who It's For

Built for teams at the start of the curve.

  • Developers and asset owners evaluating storage across one or more sites
  • C&I customers with demand-charge or reliability pain and no in-house energy team
  • EPC and installer partners qualifying leads before committing proposal work
Response Times

Business-day targets, stated up front.

New request acknowledgment1 business day
Screening result5 business days
Scoping workshop scheduling10 business days
Concept & economics package15 business days

Targets count business days from receipt of complete information. Complex or multi-site engagements are scheduled case by case.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is project development support paid?

Initial screening is free for qualified opportunities. Deeper scoping work is scoped case by case, and we tell you before any billable work starts.

What data do you need to start?

Twelve months of utility bills or interval data, a site plan or address, and your objective — backup, demand-charge reduction, solar shifting, or a combination. Less is workable; the estimates just carry wider bands until better data arrives.

Do you develop projects outside Brazil and the United States?

Our focus markets are Brazil and the United States. We support other markets in the Americas case by case, usually through partners.

Will you work with our existing consultant or EPC?

Yes. Development support is designed to plug into your existing team — we hand over structured data and a documented record, not lock-in.

What happens if the project doesn't qualify?

You get the screening report and the reasons. Many projects come back after a tariff change, a facility expansion, or a new incentive program — we keep the record so you don't start from zero.

Have a site in mind?

Send the basics and get a structured screening result — not a sales call.
